Welcome to the UTMB Health MyChart Patient Portal

As your health care professional, we are excited to share the news that UTMB will now start vaccinating patients at high-risk of severe COVID-19 disease. We anticipate administering vaccines to our high-risk patients starting the week of January 4, 2021. Vaccinating our high-risk patients could take 12-18 weeks, based on vaccine availability. Lower-risk patients will be contacted as vaccine supplies increase in coming weeks.

Important Information for MyChart Users

Driven in part by new federal guidelines on patient access to their health information, some changes to MyChart recently went into effect at UTMB Health to provide greater access to your health information. Additional access is on the horizon. The full updates are available at this link.

New Estimates Tool

UTMB has introduced a Patient Estimate Tool to assist patients with an estimate based on their insurance and benefit plan. This enables the patient to create an estimate without having to call us and satisfies the requirement for displaying 300 shoppable services for the price transparency rule. This tool is accessible by logging into MyChart and selecting "Estimates" from the billing menu, or visit the estimates tool here without logging in.
